- We reserve right to cancel any order that we suspect to be made by any persons under the age of 18
- Delivery to the UK only
- Delivery will be made using UK Mail and normally within 1-3 working days unless otherwise stated
- Orders will be dispatched between Mon-Fri (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
- Orders normally dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payments. Any delays in your order we will contact you
- Shipping costs are £1.99 on orders under £10. Free delivery applies to orders over £10
- Order confirmation will be sent to the email address registered upon checkout
- All payments are made through PayPal ( most major cards accepted)
- Any items not received after 15 working days must be reported to admin@cheapejuice.net
- Any non-working item must be reported to admin@cheapejuice.net within 10 days of delivery
- Any non-working items must be sent back to us within 10 days of reporting. After testing we will issue a refund or replacement item if deemed necessary. Any postage costs incurred will be refunded to customers upon any faulty item. (Receipt must be provided)
- If any items are out of stock we contact you via email with the option of a refund or replacement item to the same value
- All items have a 30 day warranty. This excludes e-juices, atomisers and cartomizers due to hygiene reasons
- All items sent back must be in an unused condition with all original packaging
